We believe extraordinary things happen when authors and artists are free to realize their visions with no mediation. Total Joy authors and artists are both creatively and materially autonomous — when you buy a book or tape, you’re buying it directly from the person who made it.

Total Joy does not accept submissions. Participants are nominated by other participants in a rhizomatic approach inspired by exquisites bk. If the concept of Total Joy appeals to you, we enthusiastically encourage you to put out your own stuff or start your own press/label (something to think about: what is the difference?).
